Holo's firmware consists of two parts, one is the firmware app, the other is SPIFFS bin, the app bin file is the theme of the wifi clock, and the SPIFFS is the playing video.
As shown on the right, use a Type-C data cable to connect Holo and PC
Open HoloFlashTool and find Holo's serial port

When see the boxed content as shown on the right, it means that the firmware update is complete
Upload mjpeg animation to HoloClock via FlahsTool.
In addition to uploading here, you can also upload mjpeg to your HoloClock via the Internet.

Step1: Select the corresponding spiffs bin file through the red marked button on the right
Step2: Click the "Upload FS bin" button to upload SPIFFS
Please make sure your Holo is connected to the computer
